Year round programs at The Bridge Center offer incredible opportunities for children, teens and young adults to enjoy recreational and skill building activities in a supportive and nurturing environment that is accessible to all. We offer a wide variety of programs to meet their interests & needs and our professionally trained staff ensure that everyone in attendance is engaged, having fun and making friends!

Saturday Recreation Camp - A fun filled day of friendship, games, art, music, cooking, sports, and more! Children and teens play and learn in age appropriate groups of 6-10 members.
- Saturday Camp meets on Saturdays from 10am-3pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $975, Winter $525, Spring $1200 (based on # sessions).
Continuing Connections - A program targeted for children diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism and related disorders. Children can make friends, have fun, and learn new skills in activities such as Art, Music, Science Experiments, Sports and Games! Activities are designed to promote communication and proper social skills.
- Continuing Connections meets on Saturdays from 10am-3pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $975, Winter $525, Spring $1200 (based on # sessions).
Social Adventures - Social Adventures is designed for children and teens with Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and related disorders. Children receive clear instructions in the areas of social skills and social thinking strategies and have the opportunity to practice these skills in structured, small group activities. Counselors provide social coaching throughout each session with a focus on friendship and fun for everyone.
- Social Adventures meets on Saturdays from 3:30pm-5:30pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $325, Winter $175, Spring $400 (based on # sessions).
Sports Sampler - Game on! The Sports Sampler allows young athletes the chance to learn and practice their athletic skills in a fun, exciting and safe environment. Children rotate through a variety of sports and have the opportunity to play in actual games. Our focus is on skill acquisition, teamwork and providing children with the opportunity to build their confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
- Sports Sampler meets on Saturdays from 1pm-3pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $325, Winter $175, Spring $400 (based on # sessions).
Music Explorations - Music is the universal language. It helps children to develop and enhance communication skills while breaking down social barriers and relieving anxiety. In small groups, children sing songs, learn about and play musical instruments and even try their hand at song writing!
- Music Explorations meets on Saturdays from 1pm-2:30pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $260, Winter $140, Spring $320 (based on # sessions).
Art Expeditions - We love to get our hands dirty! Art Expeditions exposes children to the joy of tactile art by exploring mediums such as painting, crafts, drawing and pottery. All activities are accessible and adaptable so children can learn to express themselves while developing their creative skills.
- Art Expeditions meets on Saturdays from 10:30 am-12pm.
- Open to children ages 4-22 with groups based upon age, interests, abilities & needs.
- Tuition: Fall $260, Winter $140, Spring $320 (based on # sessions).
18+ Saturday Night Out - meets the first three Saturdays of each month. Adults with special needs (18 years and older) can enjoy movie night, game night and karaoke in a fun and friendly setting supported by The Bridge Center staff.
- Saturday Night Out meets the first three Saturdays of each month from 6:30pm–9:00 pm.
- Open to adults ages 18 and older.
- There is a $10.00 cover charge for each night.
Expeditions - A social language group that meets weekly, alternating between on-site and pre-determined locations (i.e., restaurants, bowling alleys, movie theaters). It targets social language skills in naturalistic environments. This provides an opportunity for participants working on social language skills to have positive experiences within therapist guided interactions.
Length: 2 hours per session Cost: $360 for 6 weeks
Talk & Play - A social language group for children ages 3-6. It is a playgroup designed to model and facilitate social language skills for preschool and kindergarten age children while providing opportunities to engage in social interaction and play. This group is appropriate for children with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, nonverbal learning disability (NLD), and children with social-emotional problems.
Length: 1 hour per session Cost: $240 for 6 weeks
Talk With Me - A social language group geared toward older elementary age students. In addition to targeting basic social skills, participants will be exposed to higher-level language skills, problem solving, and flexible thinking to promote team building and friendship within the group. Appropriate for children with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, nonverbal learning disability (NLD), and children with social-emotional problems.
Length: 1 hour per session Cost: $240 for 6 weeks
