Year-Round Afterschool and Weekend Programs

2010 - 2011 Season

Campers make friends, have fun, and learn new skills in activities including Art, Music, Cooking, Drama, and more! Children and teens play and learn in groups of 6-10 supported by staff with a minimum 1:3 ratio. Targeted groups are offered so we can best meet the needs of every child. (Trek Groups provide social-emotional supports and accommodations within dozens of activities, and Ventures Groups provide activity modifications for campers requiring greater structure and support. Trek and Ventures Groups engage in the same types of activities, individualized to meet their needs.)
Program meets Saturdays from 10am-3pm.
For children and teens aged 4-22. Groups are formed based on age, interests, & developmental strengths and needs.
Tuition: Fall $1050, Winter $600, Spring $1200, Summer $675 (based on # sessions/season)

Social Adventures is designed for children and teens with Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and related social skills challenges. Each group includes explicit instruction in social skills & thinking strategies as well as social coaching, hands-on practice through structured recreation opportunities, and more!
Groups meet on Saturdays from 3:30-5:30pm. Additional groups will be formed by request given sufficient interest from well-matched peers - please contact us if you're interested in a Social Adventures group at another time.
Designed for children and teens aged 4-22. Groups are formed based on age, interests, & developmental strengths and needs.

This program allows young athletes the chance to practice their skills in a fun, exciting and safe environment. Children rotate through sports by season and have the opportunity to play actual games. The Saturday group practices seasonal sports, starting a new sport every 3-4 weeks based on group interest. The Thursday group trains as a Special Olympics team that plays Soccer in the fall, Basketball in the winter, Track and Field in the spring, and Softball in the summer.
Groups meet on Saturdays from 1-3pm and Thursdays from 4-6pm.
Saturday group is open to children and teens aged 4-22, with groups formed by age and developmental needs. Thursday group is open to children aged 8-12 years.

Get your child's creative juices flowing through the Visual and Performing Arts, including art, music, drama, and dance! Each theme-based unit offers fun activities through which children learn to express themselves, as well as arts-specific skills.
Groups meet on Saturdays from 10:30am - 12:30pm and Wednesdays from 4-6pm.
