Payment and Refund Policies


PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES PAYMENT POLICIES:

  • A non-refundable $50.00 Registration Fee is required for all Equine, Therapy and all Summer Camp Programs every calendar year.
  • Programs are billed by the session and the following payment options are now in place...
Pay in full
Pay 1/2 balance prior to the start of the session and then pay remaining balance half way through.
Pay on a monthly basis prior to the start of that month.

  • Mid-session registration may be possible for some programs given space availability and tuition would be pro-rated.
  • You may apply for a Bridge Center Scholarship which will be granted based upon demonstrated need. After applying for a program, you can print out the scholarship form in Camp Minder, under Forms and Documents on the Forms Dashboard. The $50.00 Registration Fee must accompany the scholarship application or it will NOT be processed.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Cash, Checks (made payable to The Bridge Center) and Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

If an agency or school plans to pay for a program for your child, that agency must email, fax or mail us a letter of intent to pay prior to the participant joining the program.

All letters of intent to pay can be emailed to kellis@thebridgectr.org, faxed to 508-697-1529 or mailed to 470 Pine Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324.

WITHDRAWAL POLICIES:

Refund requests must always be in written form and dated at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program. Refund requests made at least 5 days in advance of the program will be assessed a $20.00 withdrawal fee.

SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY:
Enrollment cancellations requested by June 1, 2019, will result in a refund minus the non-refundable, non-transferable $200.00 or $100.00 per week minimum deposit and one-time $50.00 registration fee. Since camp facility use, activities, and staffing are all based on enrollment.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED AFTER JUNE 1, 2019 WILL NOT BE GRANTED* and the full amount for the cancellation is still due if not yet paid. Under no circumstance will a refund be granted if a camper chooses to leave camp due to homesickness, parental request, or are asked to leave due to non-compliance or partial week attendance. Days missed may not be “made up” and will not result in a
credit or refund.

RIDING CENTER CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Attendance Policy: Before the start of each session, if a rider is aware of dates they cannot attend, please inform the Riding Center Director and billing will be adjusted accordingly.Riders are only able to miss 3 riders per session. If a client informs the Riding Director after the start of a session billing will not be adjusted.
  • If a client is absent for 3 scheduled lessons in a row, your time slot will be forfeited and offered to another rider.
  • If a client’s absence is for medical reasons, he/she must also provide a written release
from a physician before being able to rejoin the schedule.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY:

If The Bridge Center needs to cancel a program due to weather or staffing issues, we will credit families for the missed program if a makeup class is unable to be scheduled.

In the event of inclement weather, The Bridge Center will post facility closings and class cancellations on Facebook page, WCVB Channel 5, and Channel 7. Refunds/credits will only be granted in the event that The Bridge Center closes or cancels a class.

Weekdays: The Bridge Center will follow Bridgewater/Raynham School District for
closings and delays.
Weekends: Cancellations, closings, and delays will be announced a minimum of 2 hours
prior to the start of class. Please check your email.
