Wellness Wednesdays seeks to provide a safe, rewarding, and positive self-care experience for all participants. This program is designed for participants to explore and practice wellness activities that can then be used in everyday life.

Participants will access a new activity each week in a group setting. Activities will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant. Participants will learn to identify activities that allow them to relax, maintain a state of calm, and express themselves emotionally. Participants will be able to explore activities to identify ones that work for them. Participants will gain resources on how to access these activities at home, in school, and in the communities.
